We're growing our team to help us continue in that mission. If you are extraordinary at what you do and want to be a part of a rapidly growing business at the cutting edge of the InsurTech industry, we would love to hear from you.

The role:

As a Lead Analyst within a product team your input will be crucial in driving business impact and decision-making by bridging the gap between data and insight. We are looking for a hands-on analytical thought leader who will help the team make great data-driven decisions. We answer questions like:

  • Where are the key drop-off points in our funnel across platforms, and what are the most effective ways to improve conversion?

  • How do different pricing or product models perform across segments, and what drives long-term value?

  • What patterns exist in returning customer behaviour across platforms, and how do incentives influence their likelihood to return?

  • How do returning customers behave across different platforms (web vs app), how frequently do they return, and what impact do incentives (e.g. reminders, discounts, referral rewards) have on their likelihood to come back?

What you'll work on:

You'll join our product team working on the user-facing journeys and experiences that power the business.

You'll derive strategic insights from our digital marketing, user experience, and commercial data to drive business strategy, marketing investment, and funnel optimisation enabling you to meaningfully improve both customer experience and business outcomes.

You'll work with modern tools and databases-including Google Analytics, SQL, Amplitude, PowerBI , and Python-to solve a variety of exciting challenges. Typical projects could include:

  • Establishing the foundation for product analytics at Tempcover, including event tracking, platform insights, and user behaviour analysis

  • Exploring data for new insights and recommendations across customer behaviour, product usage, and performance trends

  • Collaborating with teams across the business to introduce more data-driven decision making

  • Monitoring key business metrics and communicating insights to a wide range of stakeholders

What we look for:
  • Experience in digital/web analytics, AB testing and optimising digital products.

  • Track record of driving business decisions and impact.

  • Strong technical skill set with analytical tools such as SQL, Python/R for analytics, PowerBI and/or Tableau for visualisation, Amplitude, Fullstory or Google Analytics as product optimisation tools.

  • Comfortable at managing multiple projects and stakeholders with competing deadlines and priorities, ensuring the highest value work gets prioritised and accomplished in a proactive and timely manner and ability to communicate complex results in a clear, accessible way

  • Collaborative mindset, keen to support others and learn from them. Pragmatic and focused on finding actionable insights
