Job Role: Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Salary: up to 45k

Location: London

My client is looking for a Plumbing & Heating Engineer, the ideal person will have some commercial experience.

Duties:

• Carry out PPM, Remedial and Reactive works
• Project works, including heating and domestic services installations
• Screwed pipework fitting
• Experience of working in occupied dwellings and offices
• Fault find and diagnose issues, reporting on what is required to rectify issues
• Working with Asset Pro live reporting system ensuring all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA.
• Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired reports if necessary
• Attend training and Health and Safety courses

Required / Skills:

• Full UK licence
• PTS qualified desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• City and Guilds or NVQ level Qualifications
• Gas Safe registered desirable
