Year 3 Teacher - The Role:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and effective lessons to a Year 3 class.
• Promote academic progress while supporting emotional and social development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to create a positive learning experience.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including events and enrichment activities.
• Use assessment data to track pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.

Year 3 Teacher - What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
• Strong classroom management and a nurturing teaching style.
• A reflective practitioner who strives for high standards and continued growth.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
