Cable Assembler

Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking experienced Solderers and Cable Assemblers to join their collaborative team in Waterlooville and Portsmouth. This Temp to Perm role involves supporting electronic assembly operations, making it ideal for individuals with excellent soldering skills and strong attention to detail.

• Conducting SMT & PTH soldering, including rework
• Performing cable and electro-mechanical assembly
• Reading BOMs (Bill of Materials) and engineering drawings
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards

• Experience to IPC 610 standards
• Skilled in fine-pitch soldering under a microscope
• Strong component knowledge and documentation skills
• Inspection experience is a plus

• Someone who works well independently and within a team
