Field Service Engineer - Retail (Field Based, Milton Keynes / Reading area)Currently seeking a Field service engineer to work with a leading global provider of innovative weighing, slicing and labelling solutions who are looking to expand their UK Service team.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, customer-focused engineer to join a company with a long history of innovation and strong international presence.The Role:

• Provide first-class product support and service to retail customers.
• Diagnose faults, carry out maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.
• Plan and deliver training sessions for both customers and internal teams.
• Investigate technical issues, warranty failures and in-field faults - resolving them quickly and cost-effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support out-of-hours service cover as required.
• Complete all administrative tasks to a high standard.

About You:

• Electrically qualified (ONC/OND/HNC/HND or equivalent).
• Strong mechanical competence and problem-solving ability.
• IT literate with the ability to utilise modern technology to support customers and internal processes.
• Flexible, proactive and able to manage your own workload effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent the business professionally.
