Role Overview:

As a Senior Training Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the PTP Release schedule. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining a detailed training plan.
• Overseeing the execution of the PTP Training Strategy and Plan.
• Leading the training stream to design, develop, and deploy training delivery solutions and materials.
• Gathering input from PTP Workstream Leads, SMEs, Designers, and other resources to define a robust training strategy.
• Ensuring necessary business reviews and sign-offs.
• Managing business and technical stakeholders to ensure training meets requirements.

To be considered for this role:

• Proven experience leading training workstreams for large, transformative change projects, within the Payments or Financial Services environment.
• Working with training technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to function as a fully accountable training lead.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach.
• Strong project and planning management capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
