Collection Agent

This is initially a 3-month contracting Financial Services Collection Agent opportunity and comes with the likely option to extend further. This role will require the first week onsite in Epsom, Surrey for training and onboarding with fully remote working thereafter.

As a Collection Agent you will:

• Be working with a global market leader in their sector on an existing project.
• Assisting customers via inbound and outbound calls on Motor Finance agreements, setting up payment plans, managing income and expenditure forms, supporting vulnerable customers etc

We are keen to speak to people about this Collection Agent opportunity who have the following skills and experience:

• Previous Collections & Recoveries/Financial Services experience.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.

Working hours are Monday-Friday, between the hours of 09:00-17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

In return, you will receive a salary of 190 per day via an Umbrella company.
