We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the daily operations of our nursery.

The ideal candidate will bring several years of experience in early childhood education and team leadership, along with a genuine passion for childcare and supporting children's development. Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you grow and succeed in this role.

Skills A genuine passion for childcare and a strong commitment to supporting children's development. Several years of experience working in a nursery, ideally as a Room Leader or Deputy Manager. Strong leadership abilities to inspire, motivate, and support staff. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
