Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Hoist Driver to operate hoisting equipment safely and efficiently on our construction site in Brent Cross. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of materials and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hoisting equipment to lift and move materials and personnel as required.
• Conduct daily safety checks and routine maintenance of hoisting equipment.
• Coordinate with site management and other workers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS Hoist Operator card.
• Proven experience as a Hoist Driver in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
