Head Pastry Chef - Maternity Cover 3 months

We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef to cover maternity leave. Immediate start until around mid-July
Overseeing a team of 4 in pastry, you will take on the day to day management of the pastry kitchen
Salary : £20 per hour (expected 48 hours) or £50k per annum pro rata
