An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Engineer to join a leading UK Civils Contractor who have a superb reputation. You will be working on leading residential projects across the Thames Valley region, covering Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire.

This role would suit a Site Engineer with UK project experience and a background in civil engineering and residential construction who is looking for a stable long-term role within a company that can offer a great working environment training, a company bonus and the opportunity to progress.

The Role:

• Manage civil engineering packages, ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Oversee teams, interpret construction drawings, and ensure accurate setting out
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards.

The Person:

• Site Engineer with a background in civil engineering or construction
• Experienced in Residential groundworks projects
• An understanding of S278 works would be desirable
• Able to work autonomously
• Degree qualified in Engineering
• Full UK Driving Licence
