Maintenance Electrician

Electrician - Guildford and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an experienced domestic Electrician to join a friendly team to deliver electrical maintenance on social housing properties in the Guildford area.

This is a permanent role starting in January 2025.

Job role details:

• Work on domestic building maintenance, improvement work and new installations on over 55s domestic properties
• 40 hours work per week, 8am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch
• Salary of £40,000 per annum + van and fuel card
• On call work 1 week in 4

Requirements:

• Full driving license
• Electrical NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Other electrical qualifications to be discussed
• Good experience working on domestic electrical maintenance work ideally social housing
