HR Reporting Analyst

Position: HR Reporting & Analytics Manager
Location: West London (4 days in office, 1 day from home)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, plus car allowance, bonus, and benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate HR metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Handle complex HR/people data reporting, dashboards, and templates.
• Perform data analytics and model people scenarios.
• Manage gender pay gap reporting.

Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner at Vue Cinemas, you will:

• Shape the employee experience and drive the people strategy.
• Provide strategic HR support to align HR practices with business goals.

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive High Performance: Ensure cinema and area managers can consistently meet performance standards, deliver training, and manage performance reviews.
• HR Operational Excellence: Act as a business partner for area managers, implement group HR initiatives, and manage virtual teams.
• Talent Management: Use talent management tools to create visibility of capabilities, drive succession plans, and support area managers in creating talent pools.
• Engagement and Alignment: Propose reward and recognition programmes, implement incentive plans, and improve engagement.
• Business Improvement: Lead HR projects related to cinema operations, ensure optimal structures and headcount, and support new cinema openings and closures.

About You:

• Experience: Senior HR generalist role, multi-site business operations, managing change, and using people metrics.
• Skills: Commercial acumen, influencing, communication, facilitation, prioritisation, problem-solving, project management, numeracy, and IT literacy.
