Senior Service Butler, Private UHNW Residence, Surrey £45,000-£50,000 plus accommodation

We're looking for a polished, service-driven professional to join a high-profile private household in Windlesham, Surrey. This is a service-focused role that centres on delivering exceptional hospitality and intuitive, top-level service.

Ideal for someone with fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant experience, this role requires grace under pressure, outstanding attention to detail, and a desire to creating seamless, memorable guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role within UHNW private households, luxury yachts, or high-end hospitality environments such as Michelin-starred or fine dining establishments
• Demonstrates absolute discretion, confidentiality, and unwavering loyalty
• Maintains a high standard of professionalism and immaculate personal presentation at all times
• Proficient in formal service protocols, including table settings and silver service
• Skilled in beverage preparation and service, including coffees, cocktails, wine, whiskey, cognac and cigar service
• Familiar with pantry organisation, stock rotation, and household cleaning standards, including the maintenance of fine china, silverware and crystalware
• Confident and courteous when interacting with high-profile principals and VIP guests
• Exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain keen attention to detail
• Proactive and intuitive, with the ability to anticipate the needs of principals and respond promptly to guest requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Confidence in assisting the Head Butler in training and mentoring temporary butlers during large events and busy periods

Schedule: 8 hour shifts, with flexibility when principals are in residence.

Salary: £45k - £50k GPA
