Our client, a thriving architecture firm, is on the lookout for a talented and driven Architect to join their expanding and successful team. • Perform site surveys and participate in client briefings to gather project requirements.
• Prepare and submit 2D and 3D design packages for planning applications.
• Collaborate with external design teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Develop comprehensive Building Regulation packages.
• Represent the firm at networking and industry events to enhance business relationships.
• Respond to new client inquiries and discuss proposed projects.
• Independently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Support the director with daily operations and administrative tasks, including managing office logistics.

• ARB Registered
• Sufficient experience in the residential sector, with proven experience across RIBA Work Stages 0-4.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of Planning Policy and Building Regulation/construction requirements.
• Polished communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational capabilities and time management.
• Confident presence in networking and client-facing environments.
