Project Surveyor Required in Central London

GVR Solutions are representing a long standing client who are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join their young, vibrant and well established commercial team. You will also be given the potential opportunity to work across their three divisions which are Drylining, Joinery & Fit Out and Washrooms meaning there will always be a fresh and excting project to get stuck in with.

Roles and Responsibilities of The Project Surveyor:

• Preparation of cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction
• Review project progress and present project data as appropriate
• Sub-contract Tendering
• Cost Control and reporting
• Attend projects meetings
• Procurement
• Final Accounts

As a Project Surveyor, you must have/be:

• Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or Construction Management degree
• Have experience in Drylining.
• 5 years surveying experience in the construction industry
• Relevant IT Skills
• Excellent oral communication and written skills
• A good knowledge of Maths
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident, Articulate and a critical thinker
• Ability to work to deadlines
