Multi Trader

Are you an experienced Multi-Trader looking for a new opportunity? We are working with a well-established maintenance and construction company specialising in fire damage restoration and insurance works, and they are seeking a skilled and reliable tradesperson to join their team.

About the Role:

As a Multi-Trader, you will be working on a variety of projects, including fire-damaged properties and general maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs and refurbishments, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and repair work
• Plumbing, including basic repairs and installations
• Decorating, including painting and wallpapering
• Tiling, both wall and floor
• Carpentry, including door hanging, skirting, and general woodwork
• Floor laying, including laminate, vinyl, and tiling
• Other general building and finishing tasks as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader in construction, maintenance, or insurance works
• Strong skills in at least two or more of the above trades
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Own tools (advantageous but not essential)
