About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Homecare Programme (HPN) clinical team across the South East. This field-based role reports to the Clinical Business Manager and requires a proven track record of successfully managing clinical teams and delivering results in complex healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and strong leadership to a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
• Drive team performance to exceed contractual KPIs and service standards.
• Implement robust processes for clinical governance, audit, and compliance.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with Baxter, NHS stakeholders and external partners.
• Shape service improvements and ensure seamless patient care delivery.
• Lead on people management including appraisals, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Participate in on-call rota to support out-of-hours clinical service.

About you

• Current NMC registration.
• Significant experience as a Nurse Manager or equivalent senior clinical leadership role.
• In-depth expertise in Home Parenteral Nutrition (HPN) is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing and reporting at senior level.
• Confident handling governance, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East.
