Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in property management? We re seeking a Block Administrator to join our team in Hitchin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the effective management of residential blocks and leasehold properties.

• Provide administrative support to the Block Management team.
• Handle leaseholder and resident enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with service charge budgeting, invoicing, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and property management systems.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and property managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare documentation for meetings, reports, and compliance requirements.

Previous experience in property management, administration, or customer service.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of leasehold management and service charges (desirable but not essential).
