Full Time Permanent Monday to Friday 45 hour working week, Hours 5am 2pm

Stay away work is required at times (approx 1 in 3 weeks)

Do you hold a valid UK Driving Licence to travel to sites?

Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a PPM Lead Surveyor to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Engineering Team.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,500 P/A, depending on experience, plus Overtime, as well as training to further your career development. This is a full time permeant position

Reporting to the PPM Manager, your responsibilities will include:
To attend new & existing sites as the team lead to assess access, investigate external, internal & high-level drainage condition and number of drainage assets within demise
Create detailed notes to describe how maintenance can be carried out on that site, what teams & equipment are required.
Information to be used to formulate PPM quotation.
Assistant surveyor to assist with maneuvering tools around site & complete job paperwork.
Site surveys of below-ground and internal drainage systems, including high-level drainage (gutters/roof drainage).
Creating drainage plans from hand and via tables for internal drainage systems.

The ideal candidate:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to complete overtime
• Availability to complete weekend work
• CSCS Card
• Drainage background/ Internal & External Drainage knowledge required
• Attention to detail
• Exceptional punctuality
• Basic technology use
