Job Requirements/Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Case Manager to join a rapidly growing financial services provider. This role will involve managing Bridging Loan applications from inception to completion, offering a fantastic chance to contribute to an expanding company in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with brokers to obtain required documents and supporting information to expedite loan applications.
  • Managing expectations and deadlines while delivering exceptional service to encourage repeat business.
  • Providing support to Underwriters, including answering calls and handling correspondence via post and email.
  • Preparing loan contracts, mortgage illustrations, and various documentation.
  • Ensuring accurate entry and management of data and correspondence within the company's CRM system.
  • Tracking and recording account activity, assisting with closing deals.
  • Obtaining property information and valuation quotes.
  • Handling ad hoc administration and project-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending, ideally bridging loans.
  • Experience managing a caseload and processing applications efficiently is preferred.
  • Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent, organized, and able to work on your initiative, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Proactive in managing the process, and confident in your approach.
  • Experience handling high-volume workflows with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
