Electrical Engineer

Location: Southwark, SE1 8NJ
Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08 00 (1-hour unpaid break)
Pay Rate: £25 - £35 ph

Key Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 18th Edition Qualification (essential)
• Test & Inspection Qualifications (2391 & 2392)
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm panels
• Knowledge of air conditioning (AC) systems
• Experience in dealing with reactive tasks and maintenance
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting electrical maintenance and repairs across a variety of systems
• Working with fire alarm panels and ensuring proper operation and safety
• Undertaking reactive maintenance tasks in response to equipment failures or faults
• Providing technical support and guidance in electrical system diagnostics
• Performing installation, testing, and inspections as needed
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
