You will carry out Care Act assessments, lead on safeguarding enquiries, and work closely with partner agencies to protect and support vulnerable adults. The role is varied and fast-paced, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact in residents' lives.You'll be part of a supportive team environment with regular supervision, development opportunities, and strong managerial guidance. To deliver the best service, you will be required to work from the office at least three days a week, balancing this with home working where appropriate.About You

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and adult social care frameworks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with partner agencies effectively
• Commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and positive outcomes
