Role OverviewThis 1 year Fixed Term Contract Senior Risk Assurance Projects Manager will engage with enterprise-wide stakeholders on a daily basis, to develop the risk oversight model and lead the implementation of the risk system. They will support the First Line to manage their risks with Nest's risk appetite, by providing constructive challenge and advice. More broadly, the Senior Risk Assurance Projects Manager will support wider Second Line initiatives, for example, directorate-level objectives.The minimum criteria for this role are:- Good experience in a 2nd line Risk function and knowledge of enterprise risk.- Experience of developing risk oversight models, including development of frameworks, templates and methodologies.- Experience of internal audit or assurance within a financial services setting.- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leaders- Experience managing and successfully delivering projects within a financial services background.- Regulatory experience, for example, FCA/ TPR - Strong influencing skills;Don't worry if you think you don't have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we're good at spotting potential and offer a generous training budget.
