Are you an experienced Logistics Coordinator looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, global environment? We're working with a well-established organisation in the heart of St. Paul's, London, who are seeking a proactive individual to join their growing logistics team.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating deliveries to UK and EU customers via road, courier, and ferry

• Preparing and managing shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, dangerous goods notes, warehouse instructions, labels)

• Liaising with warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure on-time, accurate delivery

• Handling stock reconciliations and supporting the finance team with related queries

• Managing non-conformances and supporting operational improvements

• Ensuring ERP data accuracy and supporting demand planning activities

• Covering for team members during absence and assisting with wider logistics projects

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role

• Strong knowledge of shipping/export/import processes and documentation

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
