Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons and maintain effective learning environments for primary-aged children across various year groups.
• Follow the lesson plans and curriculum provided by the school, ensuring continuity in the children's learning.
• Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring all children are engaged and supported.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management, creating a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback where appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and parents to support student development.
• Be flexible, reliable, and prepared to teach across different year groups, depending on the school's requirements.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Essential).
• Experience working with primary-aged children (Desirable).
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teaching styles.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage children with a range of abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
• A passion for making a positive difference in children's learning.
• A current, enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if needed).
