Role Overview:

• Conduct stock condition and MinimalRDSAP across residential properties in and around Croydon (CRO and CR2)
• Portfolio of 800+ properties
• Paid per survey Flats, Houses and Blocks
• Outside IR35
• Must have RDSAP EXPERIENCE
