We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Development Finance Manager dedicated to a major project to join our Development Finance team.
Reporting to the Deputy Development Finance Director you'll support the relevant Project Leadership team in progressing through all necessary governance sign-off gates (planning, sales, leasing, budget price, contract price etc) in line with the vision, brief and business plan/commercial assessment and financial hurdles.
You'll act as a key interface with the Latimer Commercial and Procurement Team and a key contributor to the commercial strategy and business plan for the successful delivery of the project. This role requires you to provide strategic advice on transitioning the aspirations of the Business Plan into deliverable outcomes, working with all stakeholders to deliver the project vision - likely to include sourcing joint venture partners or build partners from the core business of delivering homes. This will include the delivery of infrastructure and review of alternative land uses on the scheme.
We're looking for someone who has proven experience of operating at a senior management level within property development with oversight of financial and/or commercial performance of large scale multi-phased residential led development projects.
It's essential that you have a pragmatic and critical approach coupled with commercial awareness and attention to detail. You'll also have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Greater London House and with regular travel expected to the project location.
Applicants must be able to potentially travel to projects in other regions if required. At the outset this role will be working on a project in Colchester and as above candidates will be required to work from this location when required.
