About the Role:

I'm currently working with a small but successful retail fit-out contractor based in North London. While not a well-known name in the industry, this business has been operating for over 10 years. With an established client base that includes national household names, my client is now looking to take the next step by bringing in a delivery-focused Project Manager. This hire will allow the current Managing Director to focus on business development opportunities.

About the Company:

As Managing Director, you will lead the operational and delivery side of the business, overseeing multiple projects and teams of Project Managers. This role offers you the autonomy to implement new strategies and initiatives to drive the business forward and support continued growth and success.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a senior construction role, ideally within commercial fit-out or small-scale retail fit-out

• Strong communication skills
