Housing Support Manager

We are currently working in partnership with a Charity based in Surrey who are recruiting for a Housing Support Manager on a permanent basis. The position is due to start immediately. The annual salary is £44,821.69.

The ideal candidate will have previously provided support to young persons between the ages 16-21, have managed staff, drive and have access to their own vehicle, and have proven experience working delivering excellent service provision.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a 75-bed supported housing service for young people aged 16-21
• Managing a team of seven Support Workes
• Delivering regular one-to-one ensuring that KPIs are consistently met
• Identifying areas for improvement and providing clear instructions to achieve it
• Providing assistance to support workers with complex cases
• Ensuring that the service is fully compliant with health and safety legislation

Experience required:

• Experience required in supported housing
• Experience working with young persons

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Risk assessment and management
• Financial management and budgeting
• Compliance and due diligence

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
