CSC Recruitment are seeking to source a Senior Site Manager who has experience of working on a variety of projects, which will include new build industrial, warehouse and civils associated works for a medium sized contractor located on the Herts / Essex border.

This contractor has an annual turnover of c. 50 million and has already secured 90% for 2025. They have fostered an excellent relationship with one client whom they have secured plenty of work for moving forward. Hence, they are seeking a Senior Site Manager who work solely for their projects.

They are seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead projects and be heavily involved with pre-construction elements such as logistic planning and building strong client relationships. Suitable candidates will be a stand-alone Senior Site Manager based on site and capable of pre-construction input, attending tender interviews, on site management and strong communication skills.

This is a site-based role on the Herts/Essex border.

You will also be able to demonstrate strong knowledge or experience within the following:

• Demonstrate sound understanding of relevant H&S practices and regulations
• Promote a safe working environment
• Site Management experience including management of contractors and external partners
• Ability to prepare site-specific risk assessments and method statements
• Full understanding of the sub-contractor order to minimise sub-contractor variation instructions
• Experience of engaging and consulting with contract surveyors, sub-contractors and relevant partners/stakeholder to work collaboratively to deliver the project
