Salary: 36,000- 38,000

Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00

Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking an Air Conditioning biased Maintenance Engineer to work across a large Commercial portfolio in central London and around the M25. This role is focused 2 days a week working on an FM portfolio and 3 days per week doing Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance.

• 1.5x/2x overtime rates

Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Building Services & AC industry, and hold at least some the below qualifications:

• Level 2/3 Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance
• F-Gas 2079 or equivalent
• Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
