A leading 5-star residential developer is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major project in SW London. About the Role:

You ll take ownership of Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reporting and manage key residential packages from procurement through to final account. Working closely with site, technical, and commercial teams, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring commercial performance and delivering value across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing CVRs
• Procuring and overseeing subcontract packages
• Contract administration and cost control
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure commercial targets are met
• Supporting overall project delivery from a commercial standpoint

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential development sector (minimum 5-7 years).
• Strong knowledge of Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and package management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Must be based locally to New Malden or nearby areas
• Ability to work proactively within a high-performing team
