The Work

Run contract administration on live schemes from instruction to completion

Deliver surveys and technical reports across commercial and high-end residential sectors.

Work on professional instructions: dilaps, defects, party wall, due diligence, RCAs, planned maintenance

Front clients on site and in meetings-own the relationship and the outcomes

Feed into business development and marketing, not just delivery

Help shape how the practice grows

You

MRICS with 6-9+ years' experience in consultancy

Strong across both project and professional work

Client-facing, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams

Positive personality that fits a close, collaborative team of 6
