Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across all key stages.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed in Maths.
• Develop and share high-quality teaching resources and contribute to the Maths curriculum.
• Track student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and implement effective interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Mathematics department and the wider school community.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities that promote an interest in mathematics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable experience of successfully teaching Maths at secondary level.
• A deep passion for mathematics and the ability to convey its relevance and excitement to students.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
