Senior Site Manager

Our client, who are one of the UK's leading residential developers, are looking for a Senior Site/Block Manager to join their Build Team on a development in the South West London region.

They want someone to oversee a block of c200 units, taking the phase from groundwork's through to handover.

The selected candidate must have a proven background at Senior Site/Block Manager level, having worked directly for a main contractor or developer.

Day to day duties -

• Attending and chairing progress meetings with sub-contractors
• Ensuring the project runs to speed and programme
• Making sure H&S is always adhered to
• Sending regular updates to senior management
• Managing junior site management under direct supervision
