Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative (Voids - Temp Contract)Location: Surrey (Dorking)Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekContract: 6-month temporary contractPay Rate: £20.00 per hourAbout the Role:We're currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to support void property refurbishment works across Surrey.This is a full-time temporary role for an initial period of 6 months, working alongside a permanent Clarion Response Operative. A company van and power tools will be provided, and a Basic DBS check is required before starting.Key Details: 
- Focus: Refurbishment of void properties
- Trades Considered:
- Multi-trade operatives (preferred)
- Strong carpenters or plumbers with kitchen & bathroom fitting experience
- Vehicle: Company van and power tools provided
- DBS: Basic check required
- Proven experience in at least one core trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing)
- Skilled in kitchen and bathroom fitting
- Flexible and capable of supporting various refurbishment tasks
- Comfortable working within a team in a fast-paced environment
