Health And Safety Manager

Working exclusively with a growing, forward-thinking FMCG Manufacturer committed to producing high-quality products, we are looking to introduce a Health and Safety Manager into their team!

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a Health & Safety culture, overseeing health and safety compliance, managing risk, and supporting the sites drive for environmental sustainability.

Role:

• You will actively promote a positive health and safety culture at the site, ensuring all colleagues are aware of, and meet, their obligations to H&S legislation
• Identify and escalate issues such as reportable incidents, trends and changing legislation
• Support the site teams & key stakeholders through coaching, mentoring, visits, meetings, and training sessions as and when required

Requirements:

• FMCG/Food Manufacturing experience
• Strong H&S background
• Determination to grow and develop
• A people person with the ability to engage at all levels and a desire to help people
