Real Assets Product Owner (D365FO) // Hybrid

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a client who's looking to replace their current ERP system with D365FO. My client is looking for someone with strong background in Real Assets including, product management, project management, data analysis, software implementation, and solutions to support and development requirements, engaging with vendors and stakeholders through the end to end process of initiation to delivery.

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

• Project Management & stewardship of My client Investments input into the strategic D365

implementation

• Leading a project team both internally and externally to manage the implementation of business change and system changes as required
• Supporting Investment Services team on end-to-end processes that overlap system change
• Owning the documentation of system configuration changes that impact the Property Finance and Asset Management teams
• Managing testing for software improvements or major system change, including the development of test plans and test cases
• Reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Essential

• Exposure to alternate Investment asset classes including Real Estate (Residential, Commercial, Strategic Land, Timberland and Minerals) and other real assets such as Loans
• Experience working with property accounting systems including Dynamics 365 (F&O)
• Proven track record in leading vendor implementation
• Significant Project Management experience including leading project teams and vendors in

systems delivery

• Experience working with or supporting Property Accounting Systems including D365
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies for the full development lifecycle

The role is mainly remote based, with travel as of when required.

Please note that you must have D365FO experience and experience of having worked in Housing Associations/Real Estate industries. You must also be based and eligible to work in the UK.
