Our client, a leading real estate finance firm, is seeking a skilled FileMaker Developer to join their team. Known for supporting ambitious development projects through innovative funding solutions, they are looking for a professional who can enhance and optimise their technology systems, driving efficiency and innovation across their operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom FileMaker applications to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective FileMaker solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the FileMaker platform to ensure optimal performance.
• Optimise existing systems for improved functionality and scalability.
• Integrate FileMaker solutions with third-party systems and APIs to streamline workflows.

• Excel

• MS Office Suite

Desirable

• Ruby
• PHP
• MySQL
• Python
• An interest in real estate/finance would also be advantageous
