The Opportunity:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insolvency Assistant Manager to join a leading advisory and restructuring practice based in London. This growing firm specialises in business recovery, insolvency, and financial advisory services, and is seeking a confident and proactive professional to play a key role in managing complex insolvency cases and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases including Administrations, CVLs, and MVLs
- Manage case progression from appointment through to closure
- Review work prepared by junior team members and provide training and guidance as needed
- Liaise directly with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Draft statutory documents, progress reports, and case reviews
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and quality assurance across all cases
- Assist with business development activities where appropriate
About You:
- Proven experience in insolvency, ideally at Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager level
- CPI qualification required; ACCA, ACA, or JIEB advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in managing staff and working directly with clients
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
