Our client, a vibrant and growing financial firm based in Chelmsford, is on the lookout for a dynamic IFA Administrator to become an integral part of their team.

Your keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will shine as you tackle a variety of tasks, including:

• Processing business submissions within set service level agreements
• Submitting new business to providers and managing enquiries
• Liaising with clients and providers for any outstanding information
• Conducting one-month checks to ensure submission completeness
• Assisting with account-related enquiries, including clawbacks and commission queries
• Tracking business succession and monitoring shared inboxes
• Acting as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries
• Supporting the team during staff absences with mandatory daily tasks
• Overseeing the deceased client process, ensuring communication and documentation are managed effectively
• Managing initial advice meeting processes and maintaining client files
• Providing clients with requested information and updates
• Monitoring risk assessments and following up with clients
• Issuing confirmation letters and managing document requests
• Ensuring annual cleansing of hard copy files
