My client is a major UK provider of building maintenance, refurbishment, and energy efficiency (retrofit) services. They are looking for an experienced Bid Manager with a proven track record in leading and winning competitive tenders. Ideally a minimum of three years' experience working with tier one or main contractors in the social housing maintenance or construction sectors.
This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to identify challenges within the bidding process, developing innovative solutions that drive success. They are looking for someone who understands the unique opportunities and challenges in social housing maintenance, including sustainability, community impact, and social value.
This is remote role with travel required into a local office as and when needed (bid meets, client meets) Excellent package on offer as well as internal training programme and other benefits.
