Role Overview

As a key member of a dynamic and dedicated technical team, the Auditing Assistant will play an essential role in supporting the global auditing team to successfully execute the group s auditing schedule, ensuring compliance with food safety and ethical standards.

Auditing Assistant Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Supplier Auditing team to communicate audit requirements
• Maintain supplier packhouse due diligence and traceability documentation
• Manage data through customer technical platforms and internal databases
• Report on non-conformances and corrective actions

Auditing Assistant Key Requirements

• Experience in the Fresh Produce / Fresh Food sectors
• Exposure to suppliers, with knowledge of packhouse auditing and requirements
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Exceptional attention to detail, data management, and communication skills
