Retail Assistant – Royal Mail (via Pertemps)
Location: London, SW10 9LZ
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday  8:00am – 2:00pm)
Contract: Temporary – Ongoing (with potential to become permanent)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming customers and acting as their first point of contact
• Delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism and warmth
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management
• Supporting the achievement of store KPIs
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
• Working closely with store management to ensure smooth daily operations
