• Lead technical delivery across multiple structural projects.

• Design complex structures, ensuring innovation, safety, and compliance.

• Mentor and develop engineers, supporting progression toward chartership.

• Manage project delivery, budgets, and resourcing.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide trusted advice.

• Contribute to bids, proposals, and practice development.

• Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) with 10+ years' UK consultancy experience.

• Proven team leadership and project management skills.

• Strong technical knowledge of UK structural standards and design software.

• Excellent communication and collaborative approach.
