SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist Academy

Location: Longfield, KentPay: £95-£110 per dayContract: Full-time, Long-termStart Date: ASAP

We're working with an Outstanding SEN academy in the DA3 area that supports pupils aged 2-19 with a range of needs including ASD, SLD, PMLD and complex communication difficulties.

Your Role

• Support teaching and learning in small, specialist classes.
• Help pupils with communication, sensory and physical needs.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning.
• Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.

About You

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (preferred).
• Calm, patient and positive approach.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about making a difference in special education.
