Our client, a leader in the Event Management industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Events Operations Executive to join their Conference and Awards Team.

What You'll Do:

As an Events Operations Executive, you'll play a vital role in delivering a range of awards and events across the Housing portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

End-to-End Event Management: Liaising with venues and suppliers to ensure all logistical elements are in place.

Budget Oversight: Maintaining accurate budgeting records, processing payments, and ensuring events stay within budget.

Administrative Support: Managing databases, updating websites, and preparing briefing documents for speakers and internal staff.

Supplier Liaison: Building relationships with key suppliers to deliver best value and ensure successful event execution.

On-Site Delivery: Being a crucial member of the on-site team during events, managing registration, signage, and attendee support.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone with:

Experience: B2B event executive role, with awards or events experience.

Skills: Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation abilities, excellent database aptitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

Problem-Solving: A creative and innovative approach to challenges, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Team Player: A self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and collaboratively within a team.
