Senior Planning Engineer

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Engineer in London, this will be working with a Tier 1 Contractor on the HS2. The will need someone who has got previous experience with Railway/Civils projects in the past.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the architectural and building fit-out aspects of the programme within section as well as interfaces between Civils/structure/envelope/MEP parts of the project.
• Working with the Design team.
• Manage subcontract programmes from ITT to handover in accordance with the specific Works Information and Contract Data within our policy.
• Ensure the plan and programme incorporate allowance for Heath, Safety and Environmental at all times.
• You will need to identify any risks that can fracture the programme.
• Development of What-if scenarios to mitigate potential schedule delays.
• Communicate and gain approval from the project team for the methods proposed.

Skills / Experience:

• Previous experience in planning on a major infrastructure projects in the past
• Knowledge of Primavera P6
• Would also consider a Sub Agent who is looking to transition into planning role
• Formal qualification in a civil engineering or structural engineering related subjects
