To be successful as a Delivery lead, you should have experience with

• Lending products, especially an understanding of how they are priced

• People leading, managing and coaching technical teams.

• Modern java development practices with exposure to modern agile and engineering best practices

Some other highly valued skills may include

• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple business domains

• Agile project management experience.

• Experience in DevOps and container strategies
